Kiwi Kinetic Sculptures

I made these sculptures as part of the 150mm Challenge. For the 150mm challenge we were given a singular section of 150x20x20mm mild steal and challenged to make the best thing we could with it. I made these simple balancing sculptures, i split the bar into 3 portions using these to make the base, body, and head of the sculpture. The head of the sculptures rotates along a horizontal axis as it balances on a point, lending them a satisfying motion that's easy to interact with.
