Koffmann's

As part of our re-branding of The Berkeley Hotel, Maybourne Group comissioned Construct to brand the legendary Pierre Koffmann’s new restaurant in the hotel’s premises. Pierre was the first chef to achieve three Michelin stars in London and many well known chef have come up from his ranks, including Gordon Ramsay and Tom Aikens. In this restaurant concept, Pierre was coming out of retirement to focus on only six signature dishes. Therefore the obvious graphic solution was to feature his signature on the logo, supported by a French Bistro vernacular.
