Kozero Construction - Brand Identity

  • Matthew Ponting

Kozero is a construction company with an ethos on sustainability and environmental consideration. It is estimated that up to 38% of CO2 emissions released globally are by the construction industry. It is becoming ever apparent that this figure is contributing to the effects of climate change.  The name of this brand is derived from the terms 'construct' and 'net-zero' coinciding with the aim to establish a balance between the concentration of greenhouse gases emitted and absorbed back from the atmosphere. The utilisation of sustainable processes and technologies including the use of recycled and reclaimed materials helps to contribute to a more sustainable and circular economy.  The typeface was selected to emulate the component like elements utilised within the construction industry. This in combination with an expressive colour palette help to create strength and a sense of distinction for the brand.
