DESIGN CHALLENGE
This Bachelor-degree project is the result of my three-year long journey inside the world of Communication Design. The challenge in this case is to translate my personality into a design and create something that tells my story.
IDEATION & CONCEPTION
I decided to better represent myself binding toghether two elements that are part of my personal life: the culture I come from, and the one I live in. Milano - Berlin. The storyteller of this journey is a one-line illustrated fox that follows and guides the observer through each page. This magazin is a deep travel into self-discovery and design research. For this occasion I had the chance to work with a great photographer, and dear friend of mine, Francesco Bozzo, who shot, under my art direction, all the pictures in the magazin.
EXECUTION & IMPLEMENTATION
The outcome is ‘Kunstfell - Pelle Sintetica’ (in English, synthetic leather), a magazin that perfectly gathers pictures, typography and illustration, as one. This magazin honestly portrays the roughness and imperfection of life and its progession and wants to give a vivid and thruthy representation of it.
