La Naturale is a contemporary pizzeria based in Spain. Its roots go back to the Neapolitan and Spanish culture as they only use combinations of raw ingredients from Italy and Spain. They do what is called a “contemporary pizza”; the dough is a reinterpretation of the traditional recipe of the Neapolitan pizza through a careful study of mixing different flours and leavening processes. The visual identity is based on the simplicity given by few necessary ingredients needed to make a dough; the elegance, given by the combination and research of flavours and the craftsmanship given by the process of making a pizza.
