Alison Jackson brings her internationally renowned company of celebrity lookalikes to Edinburgh in a feast of music and comedy.
Debuting at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, produced by Don Boyd and HiBrow, La Trashiata features a roster of Alison Jackson’s brilliant lookalikes including the Queen, David Beckham, Gordon Ramsay, Putin, Madonna and Lady Gaga singing some of opera’s most famous arias.
Uncanny doppelgangers each take to the stage and perform their amusingly appropriate aria under Henry Bennett’s music direction, alongside a dance chorus choreographed by Andy Turner. Recorded at Summerhall.
