Ladies First: A Story of Women in Hip Hop on Netflix

I was Production Coordinator for Netflix show, Ladies First: A Story of Women in Hip Hop, that has now been nominated for a Critics Choice Award in the Best Music Documentary category. My responsibilities span organizational, logistical, and communication aspects, all of which are essential for a successful production. I was in charge of researching and booking locations, creating production plans, coordinating logistics for cast and crew members, arranging transportation to and from set, played a key role in monitoring and controlling expenditures through tracking expenses and creating expense reports, acted as a liaison between all departments to ensure production ran smoothly. I also coordinated with high profiled artists teams and our collaborators at Netflix's documentary team to ensure we communicated pre-production and production information diligently.
