Launching Global Girl Media UK
One of my proudest accomplishments to date is that I am one of four women who launched Global Girl Media UK, a charitable organisation that teaches adolescent girls from underserved communities journalistic and documentary skills. The idea is that by getting them behind the camera, they are empowered to tell their stories, from their perspectives.
I remain a Trustee of the organisation and am responsible for running 2 mini-trainings per year.
