Challenge: To reach recruiters looking to hire blue collared workers in Lucknow and Kanpur Idea: Implemented ACD Method | A = Awareness C = Consideration D = Drive Conversion. We used this method to make our funnel. We started with relevant placement by using display ads to collect information about the audience followed by search ads that carried 5 ad groups and each ad group targeted different categories of keywords • Brand Keywords: Like Goodworker • Generic Keywords: Job Posting Sites • Competition Keywords: Apna Naukri • 2 City-Specific Keywords: Job posting Lucknow Results: Delivered Leads: 4.2K+ Conversion Rate: 5.2% Industry Conversion Rate: 2.5%
