Create an annual design festival for Leeds and bring it to life through a flexible brand identity system that will work consistently across a wide variety of media.
I chose to focus my festival around a building in Leeds called Temple Works, an old flax mill based on a temple in Egypt that had a grass roof which was kept under control by a flock of sheep.
The ticket for the festival is printed on thick card stock and has a foiled logo to create a feeling of preciousness and luxury so visitors want to keep it after the festival.
The welcome guide for the festival includes the history of the building, a self itinerary and a design principles guide.
To guide people in the city to the festival and to the building, gold statue sheep would be placed round the city in the direction of Temple Works.
