Let's Play Exhibition

During my MA Museum Studies I Project Managed the realization of a temporary exhibition. I managed 23 team members in 7 different sub-teams. I also allocated resources, organized timetables and assessed deadlines. The exhibition, originally meant to be a physical display, was transformed to an online project due to the COVID-19 pandemic - this proved my abilities of overcoming unexpected situations as a leader and reacting in fast-paced environments.
