'Lila's Oceans' Feature Film

EXT. CROIX ROUGE BEACH - DAY

White sand as tiny pieces of beautiful crystals. The sky, in a light cerulean blue, is immense. The sea even more. Shiny and deep, too long to catch the whole thing with one’s eyes. The sun is shining strong and huge, illuminating every corner of the landscape. There’s complete silence. A peace that goes into the veins and reigns in every centimeter of one’s body. An island can be seen in the front.

LILA (23) is wearing vintage-hippie clothes, not very tidy or classy. She wears a bow in her head, in a baby blue colour that strangely matches with the dark green of her eyes. She determinedly opens her arms placing them in the line of the horizon that separates the sea from the sky, like trying to become a part of this landscape. She closes her eyes in comfort blooming a small but bright smile. The greatness of this place absorbs her.
This peaceful moment is interrupted by an annoying sound.

Lila!

Lila opens her eyes. She does not move as she is fascinated by the move of the bow on her hair softly agitated by the wind.
