Lion King, The Gift

Art direction/illustration/storytelling collaboration for musical genius Bankulli. Bankulli is a titan of the burgeoning Afrobeats music-scape. Closely connected to Kanye West, a regular at his Sunday Service in Calabasas. For multi-decades has worked with worldwide superstars including providing vocals for Jay-Z & Kanye West's Watch the Throne seminal album. Bringing together a range of youth talents it was a pleasure curating and producing the body of work that stemmed from our meetings during 2017–2019 onwards. These works reflect a recent moment in Bankulli's life where he features on two songs on Beyoncé's Lion King, The Gift album.
