I have administrative and Marketing experience thanks to my internship at Little Angel Theatre in London, where I was the assistant to the Marketing and Operations Managers. I was the main point of contact for the departments and covered varied duties such as preparing marketing plans, posters and leaflets, updating Box Office sales reports and assisting the tech manager in rehearsals. Moreover, I supported the Operations and General Managers in developing relationships with local businesses to boost the membership program; I also wrote funding reports and thank-you letters for donors and kept the funding database updated. Furthermore, I assisted the Production Manager in the organisation and coordination of the season-opening event, which is the theatre’s biggest annual event attracting over 1000 people: I worked closely on the budget, coordinated all purchases for the activities involving children and families, assisted the artists in implementing their activities for the public, had full responsibility for the promotional strategy of the event on social media and supervised volunteers. Most important, I learned how to combine managerial skills with artistic sensitivity in order to offer the best possible experience both to artists and audiences.
