Lök II
Lök is a herbs and vegetables knife, a kitchen spatula and a portioner, designed and built bearing in mind of its daily use. The material of which Lök is composed is bamboo, which guarantees hygiene (because of its naturally antibacterial feature) and impermeability, due to its low porosity.
The sharpening of the blade emphasizes both the precision and the ease of cutting herbs, fruits and vegetables, and the safety in use with reduction of small domestic risks. As a plus, it point out the quality of leaving the flavors unaltered and limiting the oxidation of foods.
