An up and coming comedy show, the LOL Comedy is a creative and vibrant annual event, focusing on a new theme each year. This year the theme was ‘Made in the 90’s’, and I directed the website and other digital assets. The aim of the website was to create something exciting, vibrant and interactive.
For this 90s themed website design I was heavily influenced by the shows ‘Fresh Prince of Bel Air’ (who doesn’t love this show) & ‘Saved by the bell’. I wanted to make this website exciting, popping and interactive. The challenge here was having a consistent abstract theme responsively as at the time I had discovered that more user access websites through their mobile phones more so than desktops. As the was a WordPress website I had to put a lot of my own CSS styling in this website to ensure it looked exactly how I wanted it to.
