My responsibilities included, organising over 50 community events in London over a weekend. This entailed managing applications and grants, support and training to deliv- ery. In addition to the success of this project, I continued outreach work within Tower Hamlets, applying for funding and grants aimed at integrating community groups. I de- vised music workshops, culminating in a final performance. Providing training and support in the production of the project lead by the community within the local area.
