London Tigers

 Researched for the charity’s business plan of developing an educational sports institution in Bangladesh.  Used statistics on UpShot to create objectives for the charity.  Conducted primary research with local stakeholders to assess the health and exercise needs of the local community.  Led the development of new projects including exercise classes for the elderly and sufferers of dementia, and Women's exercise classes that catered for the cultural barriers to participation in the area.  Obtained the use of Crystal Palace’s stadium, Selhurst Park, for London Tigers’ ‘Asian Community Cup’ initiative.  Managed the successful bid for the flagship centre in Southall to be accredited by Quest.  Assisted with the charity's social media platforms.  Created risk assessments and health and safety coordinator checklists for the centre, whilst developing the centre's health and safety procedures.  Developed new relationships with partner charities.
