I lead the week long photography workshop for the Look Up Pop Up store and WorldWideFM working alongside the Safaplace charity. The images below were taken by some of the participants. http://lookuppopup.co.uk/ 'As part of our commitment to supporting social action through radio, we’ve been documenting these Look Up events alongside young people from a range of backgrounds in Hackney – our London home and one which has given so much to us since incepting the Worldwide FM platform in late 2016. Together, we have captured audio, video and photographs and worked them up to broadcast quality standard for a series of programmes on our station. It’s only possible to have worked with and mentored these young creatives with the support and collaboration of employability programme Create Jobs for the charity A New Direction. The scheme has been brilliant and represents our interest and engagement in a range of social issues, and we aim to bring editorial focus to these important subjects each month through our programming on Worldwide FM.
