Job description Fashion Stylist – E-commerce Location: Dublin Salary: Based on experience A busy E-Commerce studio is looking for an experienced fashion stylist to join a dynamic team. Previous experience in a similar role or in visual merchandising background would be advantageous. Experience to style on model both womenswear and menswear is essential, ability to style still life is also desirable. You'll be working within a pool of creatives including photographers, videographers, stylists and coordinators. Focusing on luxury product and outfitting on set in line with assigned styles guides. Ability to work as part of a team of creatives, proactive approach towards both colleagues and clients is a must, strong communication skills and the ability to give and take direction is essential. Reporting directly to Studio Manager and working alongside coordination team , your duties include but are not limited to: · Assisting the Coordination team with the planning of the daily apparel stock and organising production sets; · Accurately following detailed client briefs and Style Guides to ensure the product is shot consistently ; · Posses a firm understanding of current and upcoming trends and how they relate to client brief; · Busy workload – you'll be expected to work at pace to meet individual deadlines, as well as greater needs of business while juggling priorities and working to target; · Careful handling of all stock, including re-tagging and packaging to an acceptable standard; · Take part in the prepping process of the products to ensure the shoots will flow in the most efficient way possible – this will include sorting out the stock as it comes in/ ironing or steaming your own products or/and help the other teams with theirs where required; · Ensure product prioritisation of shooting on set; • Strong organisation skills – you'll need to keep your specific set and work area clean and clutter free, as well as keep organised in the studio as a whole; • Establish and maintain close relations with all other Studio Team members; • Demonstrate and maintain a professional presence in and around the studio; • Provide feedback to Senior Management on studio related issues; • Working under strict Covid safe guidelines • Proactive, solution driven and can do attitude at all times Requirements: · Fashion/ VM graduate · Previous E-Commerce OR VM experience Skills : · Ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment and remain proactive and professional; · Be able to rapidly adapt to change; · Excellent organisational and oral communication skills; · Have strong attention to detail in order for you to present the product in the best possible way, inline with requirements and customer focus at the forefront; · Be a strong team player who is eager to learn and can grasp information quickly; · Flexible approach to meet fast paced, reactive business requirements.
