Regularly a sidekick to Lost Judgment legend Yagami, Kaito will assume the leading job in this month's Kaito Files release for Lost Judgment. Since his fighting style packs in somewhat of a heavier punch contrasted with Yagami's, it'll be interesting to see how he throws his weight around during various battle encounters. Fortunately, fans don't need to see him in activity for themselves.

The first Judgment title came west in June 2019, offering up a Yakuza spinoff that put the focus squarely on the law. Players stepped into the shoes of attorney turned-investigator for hire Takayuki Yagami during his investigation of a serial killer in the made up district of Kamurocho. While it bore a profound battle system akin to Yakuza, the essence of the experience depended on criminal investigator based mechanics, which were drastically enhanced in Lost Judgment.
