Lower Ground (2023)

Lower Ground is a narrative short film written and directed by me, selected for several Oscar and BAFTA-qualifying festivals, and winner of Best Cinematography in Lebanon and Best Editing in Madrid. Synopsis: A janitor and his nephew live in the basement of the building he maintains, setting the stage for an atmospheric and intense drama that explores the stark contrasts between the haves and the have-nots.
