In 2013, Lush approached Method to work with them on a comprehensive overhaul of their online retail experience and a new service, Lush Kitchen, which hand-makes limited edition fresh cosmetics daily. Lush.co.uk – is not simply a beautified ecommerce experience, but a new approach to online retail. This could only be accomplished through a deep understanding and analysis of the brand.
I worked as part of a small design team across multiple disciplines, allowing a fast-paced, iterative process in which we were able to test and validate through prototyping.
