Spreading some joy for National Random Acts of Kindness week, by gifting the luxurious Fresh subscription box, via an eye-catching branded vehicle, to deserving members of the public.
From the 14th-20th February 2021, Lush spread joy across the Poole, Dorset area with surprise deliveries to celebrate National Random Acts of Kindness Week.
Customers were invited to nominate a loved one via the Lush Spa Poole and Lush Bournemouth’s social media accounts to receive one of 125 luxurious Fresh subscription boxes. Each box was delivered contact free via the Fresh Delivery Van. Alongside customers, local Lush staff members across retail, manufacturing and digital nominated fellow colleagues for a Fresh pick me up.
Successful nominations then received an email to confirm their nominee had been chosen. All nominees were selected randomly and deliveries are organised by location to minimise miles on the roads.
