The aim for the redesign was to inject new life into its loyalty scheme which was first launched in 2015. The revamped scheme comes after feedback from shoppers who branded the old scheme confusing. SPARKS is at the heart of M&S’ Digital Transformation strategy to become a ‘digital first’ retailer!
