Driven by my research of display mechanisms, either in the two or three dimensional space, I took part in the show as a set designer. Simple frames were created that acted as supporting structures. Composed of two frames, the display was easy to assemble and modular enough to accommodate different kinds of work, medium, and materials. The structures were rough and unrefined, like a work in progress, showcasing the students' research which was still at an experimentation stage. The selection of materials (timber, wooden furniture, and plastic cables) referred not only to unfinished structures but also to the premises in which the Show took place: a workshop.
