Mac & Choose are a London based mobile food stand, selling gourmet mac and cheese of their own 5 cheese blend. The small team make their signature dish fresh on site and with a range of condiments from home favourites of crispy bacon bits to more eccentric options such as Marmite mini cheddars.
I was asked to come down to their opening and capture some of the action, providing them with some promotional shots for their website and advertising materials.
