Made in Northampton

Hey everyone, just sharing my latest project 'Made in Northampton', a collection of digital illustrations inspired by the shoe maker industry of Northampton. Having lived in this town for many years, I've spent some time visiting the factory stores and hearing stories from workers and people involved in shoemaking locally. Prestigious brands such as Church's, Tricker's and John Lobb are still manufactured here. To keep things local, the prints are produced by a local company and are being sold at 15 Collingwood, a local gallery shop. Also, between myself and the gallery we are donating 20% of profits to Good Sole Northampton, a local charity upcycling footwear to give out to those in need in Northampton.
