Maea Beauty Product Launch

The client requested a pre-concert dinner for 30 influencers before a KPOP LUX concert at the 02 arena. I decorated the venue using Maea branded colours for their makeup brand's launch. I also included personalised gift boxes for each influencer. I handled the budget, coordinated with vendors, managed contracts, and ensured efficient guest management. During the event, I oversaw venue set up, communicated with staff, and coordinated with suppliers, resolving any issues that arose.
