The challenge for this redesign was to take the existing core values of the aerospace weekly, Flight International and evolve it into a stand out monthly publication. Working closely with the senior content team, I was able to rip up the original design and create a magazine that made a much stronger visual statement. The new look had a better balance of text, imagery and data throughout and with the feature section I was able to make better use of its stunning in-house photography, by introducing hero pics and image led box outs.
