Mahler & Lewitt Studios
The brief for this project was to design a new Artist Residency centre for Mahler & Lewitt studios in De Beauvoir. The site was 2 residential semi-detached houses on De Beauvoir Road in Hackney. My challenge was to redesign the interiors of these two houses and also create a new link between them. I had to make sure I included the garden as a feature of my design as well as how the new studio centre uses the garden.
