A year ago, I was popping bottles at 10AM, sleeping three hours before rinsing and repeating for what was one of the most special events of my entire career. Thank goodness for decades of conditioning training in nightclubs! Pomerium had the pleasure of working with Dom Pérignon and the delightful Julia Fitzroy to provide event support and creative services for a wine collectors' tour of Champagne. Exceptional situations require exceptional attention; together we hosted a once-in-a-lifetime four-day romp around the region, met the winemakers and visited the Maisons Dom Pérignon, Krug and Ruinart. Guests stayed at Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, participated in a private dining experience at Château Les Crayères and spent the final night dining and dancing at Château de Saran, the private home of the Moët & Chandon families. Pomerium assisted with the extensive itinerary, conducting all planning in both English and French, and delivered every detail to ensure guests felt at home.
