Managing Director (Part-Time) Collaborate with us | Work from anywhere WeThree is looking for a true business partner to collaborate with, and help develop the business side of our boutique brand studio in the North West. We are only interested in meeting with highly experienced people, who understand both brand and business, and can take the company to the next level. Must have a proven track record. Responsible for Profit and Loss monitoring • Overseeing Operations, New Business, Finance, Marketing, and Agency Programs • Process Improvement • To develop sales and marketing strategies, plans, projections and budgets, which are consistent with the objectives and targets set by the management team • Responsible for New Business and Client Service Teams, overseeing their efforts and activities in their respective areas, working with and guiding them to develop their strategic approaches to new business opportunities. • To become aware of and knowledgeable of all Client industry sectors, the current trends within each sector and identify potential areas of new business opportunity • Proactively research and have a thorough understanding of potential Clients’ business, their market position and reasons for potential change of their brand identity in order to develop the agencies service offerings and messaging • Grow and maintain sound networking relationships at the highest levels within client and client influencing organisations • Collaborate and provide support to other agency partners to identify national and global prospects, share intelligence, develop proposal material and best working practice • To report to the Owner on progress against plans and results against targets • Building and maintaining an effective management team • Recruit, maintain and manage a non-executive board • Assuming full accountability for the board for all company operations • Proven ability to make a professional and positive impression with senior management within potential client organizations • Build and present concepts/programs for clients and new business opportunities Primary Goals: Grow revenue Build internal business and financial systems Increase average contract length Increase average deal size Increase percentage of repeat customers Secondary Goals: Acquire well-known customers Finalise budgets and rates Due to limited resource, we can only respond to the successful candidates.
