Mentoring, Workshop Design, Show Presenting, Radio Production. Designing Radio Production 8 week Workshop, building rapport with with young people from BME backgrounds, encouraging positive development, managing creative direction of radio workshops, liaising with course director and other course leaders to shape wider scheme, running weekly evening workshop, preparing and debriefing lesson plans, presenting talent show including other dance and theater groups.
