Manta Events (Warwick & Coventry)

Mvnta (pronounced as Manta), a monthly house and techno student event in Coventry and Leamington Spa. The ethos of the event is centred on providing a consistent series of affordable student focused underground house & techno events, once a month throughout the academic year collaborating with other like-minded and forward thinking; charities, promoters, artists and record labels for our events. As an event manager, I was responsible for the planning and curation of the monthly events, managing the whole event process from start to finish. I’m responsible for overseeing an array of tasks such as; customer relations, acting as the first point of contact for customer queries on and off site, online brand development, marketing, production, logistics, budgeting, artist liaisons, artist bookings, managing a team of promoters and DJ’s.
