Marigold Cleaning Checklist Campaign

Objective: To create a platform-specific campaign to increase Instagram followers, demonstrate expertise within the industry and gain valuable audience insights. Campaign: A social media campaign was created to tap into the cleaning checklist trend and engage the online cleaning community. Over a 10 day period, each day showcased a new Marigold cleaning checklist along with a daily giveaway to create excitement, and tips and tricks to reinforce expertise. Different entry mechanics were used to generate engagement, encourage user-generated content and gain audience insights. Results: Community growth was significant, with Instagram followers increasing by over 30% during the campaign period. The campaign encouraged engagement and excitement among following, with over 200 story mentions and over 13,000 engagements. Competition entries also exceeded expectations, surpassing the KPI by a massive 50%.
