Martinaway is a travel blog created in 2013. It is an online diary in which I document my experiences around the world and share tips for other travellers, piaces of my life, books to read and tips and tricks about blogging and the digital world.
Moreover, it is a creative and positive space where everyone is welcomed. I like to interact with my readers and every content (especially in social networks) is community-oriented.

WHY I CREATED MARTINAWAY.COM
Since I can remember, I have always loved writing and photographing. When I was a little kit, I used to spend all my free time creating stories, writing them down (with a very rough handwriting and few mistakes, of course), or making them live through my dolls or toys.
Growing up I started writing them down on diaries and when the first computer (with no internet connection) arrived at my house, I used to spent hours on Word typing whatever I wanted to. While travelling with my parents I also used to take notes, collect postcard and memories and organize them all in my personal notebook.
When people asked me "What do you want to be when you grow up?" my answer was "A travel writer". That's why I studied languages, publishing and journalism.
In 2013 I decided to create my own space on the internet, to give me the opportunity to become a travel writer and to share my stories with other people around the world.
