Despite being over a century old, the term “Martini” is still associated with the cocktail and not the Italian spirits brand. It’s also perceived as an old peoples’ drink. This concept comprises two aspects, the drink, and the products that it’s served in. The drink uses an inverse spherification technique to create a unique cocktail experience, while the products are inspired by 1920s design.
