Medea

In February 2019, I approached Studio Brunel again for their second show, 'Medea'. I was initially brought on as part of the stage management team, before being approached for the role of Assistant Production Manager. In this role, I assisted the producer with tasks requiring company input, assisted with the sourcing of props and costumes, accompanied the director during the rehearsal process where the producer was unavailable and assisted in the collation of information and editing of the program. The director was inspired by Elizabeth LeCompte's work, looking to include multimedia, and as a result I was able to transfer my film production skills over to assist stage technicians during rehearsals, even so far as to stand in for those who were unavailable.
