Chiropractic care consists of three distinct phases: reconnection phase, consolidation phase, and integration phase. Each adjustment we make reinforces the previous one. It is for this simple reason that in order to reach the Integration or Well-being phase it is important to respect each of the programmed adjustments. 1. RECONNECTION PHASE It is the initial phase, designed to free our nervous system from the multiple blockages or interferences that it suffers due to subluxations. The body is "badly used" and continues to act under the influence of old postural patterns. It is in this phase where we begin to build a new pattern, more flexible, healthier, with greater adaptability to the environment. The reactions in this initial facet are multiple and varied: sleep, fatigue, euphoria, relaxation, increased pain, etc. We will go through many moods that may not be pleasant but, nevertheless, it will be beneficial. 2. CONSOLIDATION PHASE Now we have done the learning part and we move on to the change part. It is a transition phase, our body is evolving towards well-being and health. It is time to start changing habits to take better care of yourself and let our body act for us. You will feel more energy, you will be lighter and more agile, and you will often feel more upbeat and optimistic. 3. INTEGRATION PHASE In this phase you will stop being considered a patient to become a user of Chiropractic. Now you have the tools we have provided to help you have a better quality of life: small changes in your daily routine, self-awareness, and regular chiropractic adjustments.
