MEMORIES

"Memories" is a project about a loss of personal status, a loss of personal bond, from which new doubts arise and new research of himself begins. Even if about a love, about a dear or about a time life, what remains are memories of that time, that allows us to maintain the best of. In my work, I focused on visions of beauty as a synthesis of love time, memories; moments that symbolize a deep vision of love which leaves free to idealize the rest of own story. Remembering a love time by a memory of a woman face, a memory of a naked woman body, and a memory of a woman on the bed. I made the pieces with my personal technique, an innovative synthesis between chalcography art and goldsmith art, as a charming synergy between positive and negative, cast and anti-cast. First I engrave the xylography mould and then I extract anti-cast replacing paper with precious and noble metals, using stylistic graphics with a material back that enhances the intensity and value of the compositions.
