This project features the taboo and shame surrounding going to the toilet among women. The work is based on tens of surveys placed in Central Saint Martins' toilets which revealed that 73% of female participants have avoided going to the toilet because they were ashamed of it. The politics of the female body has been present in our culture for centuries telling us what's feminine and what's not. In the 21st century, some of the taboos surrounding the female body seem to slowly break. Yet, the conversation about our physiological needs has not started yet.
