You want to look smooth, stylish, and sexy when you’re out at the nightclub, but there are so many dos and don’ts. We’ve got the guide that will keep you looking suave from top to bottom so you can enjoy your night in style.

Get up in the club in a button down
Although T-shirts and vests are popular among students in nightclubs; smart shirts are advisable if you’re off to a slightly trendier club. A button down shirt is always a good option, enough to get you in all clubs with no hassle and also pleasing to the eye for ladies. Opt for cuts and styles that are not too formal, fitted styles in patterns and prints will make you look more approachable. In warm weather opt for short sleeved shirts. There are cloakrooms in most clubs, but if it’s a bit chilly, wear a blazer to keep you looking suave and warm.
Don’t be afraid of the dark
Jeans are increasingly becoming more acceptable in nightclubs, however, if this is your choice for the night; choose dark colours and slim fit options. They can keep the whole look clean and not too casual. Pair your jeans with a lighter coloured shirt or a smart tee shirt. If you’d like to wear trousers, choose dark grey and black trousers are a good option; they are classic evening wear shades that won’t blend in, in the dark. If you’re off to a lounge bar for a more relaxed evening, you can wear chinos, keep the look smart casual and wear with a pair of loafers.

Make comfort cool
The golden rule for clubs and bars is no trainers, so opt for something classy but casual. Loafers are and instant upgrade to an otherwise casual outfit, and are a good choice to finish off a chic outfit. They are trendy and stylish and are likely to complement your ensemble if you’re wearing chinos or trousers. If you are wearing jeans, wear desert boots for comfort and style; they are a perfect finish touch to a smart-casual outfit. Add a pocket square to your blazer to add interest to your denim, shirt and desert boots combo.
