Mens Mental Health - "Be A Man!"

Personal project born out of working with male models on other commissions. Made in the studio whilst also creating a hair portfolio for one of Manchesters leading hair stylist teams, which went on to become one of four finalists for the National HJI Awards. During the shoot I also wanted to create this piece dealing with male emotion, mental health and issues around the dangers of the "ideal" male. Playing with hard and soft emotions, strong contrasts and a more feminine slant to some of the styling. We created a body of work that I hope expresses a more rounded male psyche.
