The task was to create a campaign that promotes a social issue we considered close to us. I have alway been an advocate for mental health, particularly women's but I wanted to focus on men's mental health. I discovered Men are 3 times more likely to commit suicide than women, a fact that inspired this whole campaign. As a mental health advocate, it is important to recognise everyone can experience difficulties with their mental health. The most important thing to remember is support is readily available in the UK.
