In May 2019 I made a short film about the mental health benefits of contact with nature. Based on a mountaineering trip through the stunning landscape of the Lake District, the film looks at my own experiences of mental illness and includes interviews with other walkers, a therapist and a military veteran who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. I self-shot all the content for this film, using an Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mk II mirrorless camera - lightweight and robust, perfect for shooting in the field. Editing and colour grading on Adobe Premiere Pro.
