Mentoring at Insights

The Insights programme aims to create fairer access to art and design degrees for young people from underrepresented groups. I have been an active member of the programme for 5 years. Previously as a mentee and now as a workshop leader, mentor and ambassador. This workshop took place on week 5 of the Insights programme. In this workshop, I came up to teaching materiasl and a lesson plan about our body as a spatial tool. The young people were encouraged to create a body installation with the paper folding technique I taught them and the precedents shown in a presentation.
