Mercedes-Benz at The 02 Arena

I was the project lead in providing full service event management to Mercedes-Benz Cars UK for a takeover of The 02 Arena and Intercontinental Hotel - 02 in London. My role was to project manage both the Intercontinental and The O2 Arena from initial enquiry through to onsite delivery. I managed and negotiated all costs and contracts, day to day logistics of the event schedule and onsite event management. Within this, I was also responsible for the booking and liaison of Talent (Take That, Dermot O'Leary and Marvin Humes) as well as working alongside the production team to ensure all event logistics were organised to meticulous detail.
