Interactive POS for Mercedes Benz retailers nationwide.

Mercedes-Benz wanted to create a POS application to raise awareness and help drive app downloads and registrations for the Mercedes me connect app due to low customer uptake and to support the upcoming marketing campaign.
The level of interest and subscription to the app were not representative of the quality of service and benefits that the app can bring to users’ daily life. Not enough people were aware of the app itself or the practical improvements it offers in areas of safety, comfort and entertainment.
The objective was to raise awareness of the Mercedes me connect service and increase downloads of the app and registrations.
