MiAL Capsule - Screening Morning
Saturday 11th April: 11-12:30am
Embassy Tea Gallery, 195-205 Union Street, London SE1 0LN
Video and new media is one of the most exciting areas of the art world today. It is steadily growing, not only with practitioners producing work in this field, but also with the international attention and acclaim that it gains. As interest in this media increases it is important to support emerging artists creating video and new media work, and offer opportunities for their work to be showcased.
This screening morning is an opportunity to see works from two of Made in Arts London's video artists. Helen Wilson, who graduated from Camberwell College of Arts in 2014, and Pamm Hong a current student at Central Saint Martins. During the screening morning both artists will discuss the theory and practice behind their work, followed by viewings of the artists' pieces. There will also be a question and answer session.
This screening morning is part of Made in Art London's exhibition 'Capsule', tickets for the Private View, on Wednesday 8th April, can be booked here: http://bit.ly/1AruG0w
